I am just a back yard basher myself and have had many problems with these styles of upper link mounts.  Either they twist on me or rip apart!  Since switching to these new RC Guy Upper Link Mounts I haven't had any problems with them.  They are now completely beet up from my abusive driving and show no signs of weakness or stopping any time soon!  I  fully recommend these!
